I'm not homlphobic, I've even been to pride protests, and I mostly agree with you and want to thank you for your efforts even if they got suppressed. Hate shouldn't be tolerated nor normalised, but these people won't change with labels, censorship, pressure or words. The art of worker's self liberation is the worker's job alone. We shouldn't push anyone to the other side by oppressing them even further (after all, leftists want free say for anyone, and material conditions along with the correct vanguardism will bring good change). Acceptance of everyone is acceptance of wrong opinions too. That's how we fight till the end.

Queer workers will not accept bigot workers. Bigot workers will not accept queer workers. One side will always be exclusionary to the other, there is no choice that maximises leftist cooperation, the only choice is that of which is morally right. Except siding with queer workers does maximise cooperation and solidarity more because you'll find that queer people are way more likely to be left-wing than the bigots you want to make room for.
Actually 4d donkeys it is not "oppression" to expect that people do the very bare minimum of not being a hateful bigot. Leftists do not and have never "accepted everyone," because people whose beliefs are fundamentally hateful and harmful to others do not deserve to be accepted. Will every homophobe change if their beliefs are shamed/unaccepted/punished? No. But they won't be in a position to hurt LGBT people anymore.
Go read about the paradox of tolerance and learn about how this mindset of yours ultimately facilitates bigotry, because I really don't want to have to ban another otherwise decent member of this community for refusing to listen to LGBT people about how bigotry needs to be handled.

Well seems like I did a oopsie. My apologies for continuing the leftist infighting here, comrades.
I will go check the paradox of tolerance because it sounds interesting. At least from what I know, in my city's highschools, homophobic ultras don't exist anymore because we all protested against homophobia and discussed with them in a friendlier way. I'm talking about community scales here, not just 10 people. But at the end of the day these environments (unfortunately) aren't like the rest of society
