Haha, I thought the joke was going to be that it automatically showed “YOU have been voted the best Nation in the world!” or something when logged in.

Heh. Probably would have been easier on the website coders, but looked like a "legit" competition in hindsight.

Now that we are Founderless, who accepts or declines proposals from other regions to construct embassies?

If anyone was a World Assembly member, they would be the delegate and also have that power. But in the absence of a WA delegate... good question?

Interestingly, when I went to the founder page to investigate this, Rock's name is apparently still reserved because he was a nation of "significant" size, even though he's been gone over a year.

We got an embassy proposal from “Poopsadon,” and I wondered for a moment if our flag had reverted to the Greendale butthole design from Community. Haha

Yeah... Back when I resigned as WA Delegate, I don't think Regional Flags were a thing. My biggest regret is some of the nonsense that subsequently ensued from Rock with that feature. O.o

Current Diplomacy reference is not bad though.

I’m not ready to go, but it would be hard to stay if others left. I’d be inclined wander off to try being a disgusting superpower in a different region, and see what that is like to “do everything” before the end.

Top 10% of the world for most politically apathetic citizens seems appropriate for me, a nation that signs in once a month. I'm a bit surprised I'm not ranked higher!
