Look, if it's for human rights violations like it happened in the past the CPA Will not intervene for xing if this is what you are thinking about

Why do you hate the EI so much? They haven't done much wrong, and, as much as Socialism and Communism is the inferior system, there are many good parts in the two aswell. If anything, the CPA has done more wrong than the EI. You definitely took action, but those actions almost caused a World War.

I don't think that you have to do anything. If you want to be neutral then you're neutral. About the part with the assault on one = assault on all, I understand that you want to protect a fellow member of the CPA, but I don't understand why you wouldn't do anything if Xing would actually support the aggressor.
