Good question. We need to find that out. Snow cones are cone-like on the bottom yet ice on top. If we consider no cover it shall be ice. Pies need filling in order to be pies. Thus meaning. Pie.

Thanks. You can Cleary see that I tired to make my nation interesting and me showing interest with snow. Nice to also meet you North South North West Kansas. I'd also buy a pie filled with ice. Ice tastes delicious. :P

I was thinking of France. Even if I'm related to some people who speak French, I can't. So I based it on memories. Also I thought about nations like Finland and Sweden when thinking of a name. The "P" part comes from Paris, the part about "mon" comes from the French word for my, and the rest is me thinking. Also I like ice.
