The both of you seemed surprised when i pulled up that map, and you specifically spent a while scrutinizing it which i can infer as trying to find a weakness in my evidence. This seems a bit like a ret-con, as you would've stated it in your original RP (i can infer from my time RPing with you that when you think ahead, you make sure to add precautions).

I'm not sure if ret-con is allowed here.

unbiased RP mods include Plus Nova Imperii and Ethics committee of the scpf. I can feel some tired eyes arriving soon.

It's not a "ret-con" or whatever stupid term you use. It's called being reasonable and realistic. You think a military would send an unencrypted letter straight to your door?

My time was mostly because of just issues trying to get it to load, and also because I basically just felt like 'oh s**t, I didn't think of that. Guess thats my screw up then.'

From my understanding, all messages between a Government and another Government are encrypted. And it could easily be hidden within the telegraph messages between the Ottoman Army and Government that could allow it to escape to Vienna.

And I'm fine with the Ottomans finding out about the deal. It plays into what I told you earlier, this conflict I wanna do between you and me is basically a game of chess, or a game of poker. Each side using every advantage they have to try to gain the higher ground when it all comes a head. This is one of your advantages, so I'm personally fine with it.

this is your first communication with the arabs, yes?

how do they understand the encryption?

You've probably added an encryption key is my guess, well, that doesn't matter much, as you didn't state anything otherwise, leaving me to believe all communication is through telegrams.

Seeing a large amount of "false telegrams" would arouse suspicion as they're entering a warzone (not to mention this is more than usual), and that above all gives me an IC reason to investigate.

Which leads me back to Vienna.

Because either one is encrypted, the rest arent (finding the correct one rather quick), or they're all encrypted which means a more thorough search and hopefully the encryption key being located. That leads us to Vienna.

If you havent given one to them at all..

well I mean come on. Understanding that is a smidge difficult.

Yeah, I should've guessed.

I did find a solution though.

On a side-note: i doubt they hid it through ottoman government-army lines. It's been stated that they sent out a LOT of decoy telegrams.

From not Constantinople's government-only telegram line(s), since, well..

those are a bit difficult to just enter. Thus, I gain suspicion.

I mean if Ferneus is fine with it, its fine in my opinion, but you should Roleplay intercepting that telegram.

Oh, yeah. I was planning to after proving that I could, but now we've been in this.. debate? argument is far too harsh, we're really just playing logic-chess here.

Can you at least let it go on for a year or two before you discover it already?

I'll up the requirements to "certain discovery" to another goalpost.

Right now, we'll be "a bit suspicous but not with enough evidence to prove that what happened, happened."

sound good?

FLOYD B. OLSON AHEAD OF GARNER, LANDON IN RECENT POLLS

According to the newly formed "Gallup Statistical Organization". Governer Olson, the presidential candidate from the Farmer-Labor Party, is leading the polls compared to the Democratic candidate, President John Garner, and the Republican candidate, former Vice President Charles Dawes.

Currently, Olson leads with 45% support, with Dawes being in a close second with 40% support and President Garner being in a distant last place with only 15% support.

Democrats are seemingly regretting choosing a southern conservative as their candidate in the last elections.

Maybe your only real evidence is what I mentioned in the TG? The rail on the fields happens, you find a dead body with a suspiciously Austrian-looking rifle, but you can't quite prove it yet.

I'm not going to say anything about what the goalpost for the sake of secrecy, but don't worry, I think it's enough.
