i have the WSA, but this empire is what im turning this country into because i wanted to transform the nation, so thats why i rewrote the general overview.

I just go war if I don’t have space or food to grow or resources to gain that are Vital materials to Russian Populace in my nation.

Speaking of industrialization, I had to cut down on my government size because my average disposable income was getting a bit too low.
