Industry is war! Unless you are Soviet Union and just throw bodies at the problem and trade and alliances and economiy is all part of the war effort and stability and happiness and moral which is literally his existence are also war!

But we have like the same areas but I can produce weapons more efficiently and if I needed to I can have my Allie’s cut off trade with Testing Happy, because I’m sure shortages in baskets wouldn’t be horrible.

But think again most agricultural is transported and kept in baskets so the agriculture just died so your people die…as well a lot of your economy is black market and let’s say happiness offers them a better deal and they leave you the 10% of your economy is gone and then you collapse

You know if we have a small basket industry there is a thing called international trade therefore your point wouldn’t really work.
