I hate to break it to you, but RL hate regions are still very much around. Most are too small to notice, yes, but they still exist in vast quantities.

Fringe fascist groups, anti-LGBTQ extremists, racists, anti-semites, neonazis, both religious and non-religious extremists, supernationalists, and any other group that uses hate to fuel their activity. And I can assure you, they are on NS in some form or another.

Most of their regions have been dissolved due to their own bad behavior, Mod Policy, or raider action. But the individuals are still around and undeterred. They will continue to spread their hate for as long as they're here.

Fascists are the worst. Communism is at least good in theory but never works because people who enforce it get corrupted. Fascism states that certain races are superior to other races. The superior race and the inferior race can be swapped depending on which version is used.
