THIS. ALLIANCE. IS. WEAK. WE lost our sense of unity after WWIII. Now we are in a diplomatic crisis. I created this alliance so that we can be unified against a common enemy. Our enemy now is the Nazis. They have taken over Russia, Germany and now we have the Americans with them. We need to settle our differences and show the Nazis the true power of the DGC. You elected me because you thought I could bring something to the table. Bring something I will. I request all DGC nations to send representatives to Yi City so my plan can and will be known.
