Hi everyone.

With what is going on with the CIS and NEON, I have an idea. I could act as a buffer between the 2 by being a member of both. I could be the peace keeper force. So, Krennland and my fellow members of the CIS, what do you say?

Also, if a war breaks out between the alliances, I could be like the Swiss with the Geneva Convention. I also have a decent sized population and great military. What does everyone think?

This may backfire, but also there's probably a clause that prevents dual membership. There's a reason you don't see members of NATO being part of the CSTO.

I think that's great, I will authorize your peacekeeper troops to evacuate citizens when nessecary

I see a couple problems with this
1. NEON is essentially a terrorist organization, with no real goal other than to attack the CIS (can bring up proof)
2. Acting as an intermediary would not prevent a war, only make us follow some rules, which Krennland may not follow (Refer to the terrorist part)
3. Being in the CIS likely makes a war less likely than you being neutral, as Krennland will be more reluctant to attack us (and you know we wont from telegrams)
4. You can leave the CIS at any time, so If you do not like what we are doing you are allowed to leave

Edit: Here is one piece of proof I found of them only existing to destroy us

NEON is not. CIS nuked Prion, and NEON didn't. NEON's sole existence is to defend others against CIS imperialism.

We did not, we were trying to decide on how prion mysteriously disappeared and that was an idea I brought up. How do you explain those quotes though?
Edit: the CIS is in no way Imperialist, we were a group of nations that came to the aid of Macimo-Rongor when Prion attacked them. We have not attacked any nations since, nor directly threatened to.
