How should we go about declaring war? If we wanted to?

Err, by declaring war, do you mean an attempted regional takeover?

You cannot actually declare war in this game. But, we could set something up just for fun.

Remember, everyone that we will soon be forced into a zombie war that will force us to choose whether we:

Exterminate the zombies (eliminate threat)
Look for a cure (possibly turn zombies back)
Embrace the zombie horde (get more people turned)

Do not under any circumstances choose the last option as it will create more zombies that will besiege other nations, not just yours. Also note that nations that choose to exterminate or look for a cure will be able to then attack your nation with their anti-zombie forces, decimating your populations. That kind of human on human civil war is not what we want. Remember to get consent from a nation before you send in an assault team, unless they are already gone.

I would like to say that I have successfully cleared Nedewsila and my own countryof zombies, and will soon have freed Wilinisian Sweden. I will proceed to tackle the other nations looking for a cure, in hopes they will choose to use their cure missiles. As it stands all I can do is massacre the undead.

Okay, where are the last of the zombies? We need to snuff them out. Not saying its likely they will take over, but we should cure missile the heck out of them.
