In terms of WA, the Fifth Empire evaluates the proposition and proceeds to the choosing the most fitting decision accordingly to our ideals the priorities of the nations involved. After the process of judgment, Empire members who participate in the WA will cast their vote, so the weight of our will can be truly felt in a more global scale.
