Notice By vote of the alliance cabinet and the acquiescence of the civil council, in accordance to Article 10 of the United Regions Alliance Charter - notably a violation of the principle of solidarity in voting as a primary obligation of the alliance for a period greater than 6 months and lack of participation on the part of the administration of the region within the alliance more generally - the region of Blackstar is hereby removed as a member of the United Regions Alliance. This removal does not constitute a permanent proscription from re-joining the alliance in the future if the regional administration manages to recover. |
