We were originally going to liberate Warzone Africa, but they had stopped us. But we salvaged that operation and have landed ashore here. We shall bring prosperity to Warzone Europe and we will definitely bring prosperity to the Warzones if time and history permits it.

While you guys were not our first choice to move to (We were planning on reclaiming our province of Warzone Africa), I believe we will do great things with you folks and would be happy to accept natives into Warzone Europes provincial government. We have your best intentions in mind and hope to not limit your freedoms that you had, but to help you. We don't want to force you into a dangerous predicament of being threatened every day by raiders or defenders alike.
