OK, Sports Fans. I wasn't going to get involved but since our esteemed delegate (and you should think about electing one that is more participatory because he hasn't been soliciting input or voting, for that matter) seems to be out to lunch I've taken it upon myself to set up a forum. The link is at the bottom of the WFE.

If you decide to join the forum and post please join with the same name as your NS nation, e. g., I would be generalcuster.

How Active is this Region?

Well, right now, not very. However, with the forums set up, I think things will pick up.

I see my role as ombudsman. I don't plan to run for or hold any offices. BTW, players are not attracted to a region by its forums but by a lively RMB that the majority of residents contribute to.

Congratulations to Chrysus for assuming the WA delegacy after Dresdenitania resigned from WA membership (probably has an invasion thing going on with another puppet).

I'd like to remind the newer players that the WA delegacy is the one true office in the NS game. It is elected by the players who are WA members and is the nation with the most endorsements by other WA nations.

The WA delegate votes on resolutions and proposals (by voting on the proposals the delegates chose which ones come to the general membership for vote).

The WA delegate also acts as a backup for the founder, especially if the founder CTEs. It's important to have an active nation as the WA delegate and one who will uphold democratic traditions and vote in the WA as other nations in the region, especially the WA members, want to vote. Chrysus was last on 20 days ago. Its endorser, Kraigland was last on 26 days ago. Unless they are both in vacation mode I suspect both will soon CTE. Post-War America-, you may want to recruit another WA nation or two and get their endorsements since you appear to logon fairly regularly and you will be the only WA nation if Chysus and Kraigland CTE.
