Unfriendly - These nations have an unfriendly attitude towards Biwaki and are regarded as a slight threat.
Opposed - These nations are considered a moderate threat to Biwaki. They are regarded as a slight enemy of the country.
Enemy - These nations act very unpleasant to Biwaki and are considered a high threat. They are regarded as enemies of the country.
