I had it before. I lost my smell and taste ability, and breathlessness that disappeared for so long since my teen years, appears again. I also caught fever, really bad cough, restlessness, tiredness, and lots more. To help me recover my taste and smell I ate sambal belacan (shrimp paste chilli) in every meal. 😬

I can understand you it was the same for me, even my hot chocolate taste like hot water, I discover this day that hotness got taste xd
