Maybe Just the normal regional officer powers like appointing new officers , Power over Appearance, Border Control, Communications Embassies, Poll's

Bit of democracy has it's risks, but it might spur a little more activity in the region. But I'm honoured, even if I'm a mere figurehead, hah.
