Therefore should a conflict break out between two nuclear power's M.A.D. is inevitable, putting not just those nations at risk but the whole region at risk.

This treaty proposes the following;

i) Upon signing this treaty your nation agrees to produce no more Nuclear weapons (Non-Proliferation) with the long-term objective to pursue disarmament
ii) States without nuclear weapons will not acquire them
iii) All states can access nuclear technology for peaceful purposes, under safeguards

In the first instance, we call upon the following nations all of whom have policies actively opposing the use of WMDs, to support this treaty. (Ardeyn, Former argentina, Free quebec and The Washington Federation)

We also look to all nations with Nuclear Weapons to support this treaty for the safety of the region.
