Agreed. There should not be legal consequences (unless there is a credible threat to cause harm/action that created harm as a result) because the social consequences of everyone disassociating from a person of hateful beliefs for their disgusting views is a fine result and justified response

That is not free speech. Free Speech is not being able to say whatever you want without consequences. If you're deliberately being discriminatory in a space where your not supposed to be discriminatory then the space is allowed to ban or suppress you.
