Magnetoheloid Antimatter Cannon
We can produce extraordinarily powerful antimatter reactions and cage in that energy with strong helical magnetic fields. We will have to generate magnetic fields similar to those of a neutron star to guide the energy away from the cannon in a beam mixed with unreacted antimatter particles.The MAC gun not only burns it's target so hard that it transitions through several phases of matter in fractions of a nanosecond, but it also pelts it with a spray of antimatter particles at near light speed.
MAC guns are designed to overwhelm shields and armor very quickly. By combining energy damage and antimatter damage, we can melt through anti-antimatter armor and also do damage to non-antimatter-proof materials.
The MAC gun was first developed for use on the Vortex-Cascade class Star Monitors.
