Operation Brass Gates

Operation Brass Gates is an operation to keep the North Usonean Reich of Oskarheim distracted from the war, if only for a little while.

Two armadas of Eripolisian ships from the US Navy will head towards Oskarheim's holdings along the western Usonean coast. The Eripolisian forces will prove to be only a distraction, as the main Snoodian forces will then arrive and take out the Oskaari troops in those holdings. The plan is to eventually conquer these holdings, in order to incapacitate Oskarheim's ability to aid the Stratocracy of Sarkis. This will serve to deter Oskarheim from involving itself in the war.

Operation Brass Gates is expected to take place today at 2100 hours Central US Time, with [CLASSIFIED] Eripolisian troops and ships and [CLASSIFIED] Snoodian troops and ships.

The operation is expected to be long and bloody, and will most likely result in a pyrrhic victory, but there will be a victory nonetheless.
