Legislative Authority Act
In recognition of the passing of the Slide Countries Constitution, hereby dictates the seniority of authority within the existing power structure:
    I, The Constitution
    II, Government Bills
    III, Representative Bills
    IV, Public Bills
    V, Historic Bills
    VI, Slide Court Precedent

Therefore the Constitution remains the highest form of law in the land, but the precedents derived from it are considered lower than the elected authority granted by the Institutions and their mandates.
