Rick Law 001: Repealing Rick Laws

I. The Council of Ricks may repeal a passed Rick Law by a Council vote with 70% or more voting in favor, and in a 4-6 day voting period.
II. If any Rick Laws overlap with each other in anyway, the older law takes precedence over the more recent.
III. President of the Citadel has the right to veto any repeal attempt, which can be overridden with 80% of the Council voting in favor of the repeal.
IV. Any repeal attempt voted down or vetoed must wait 3 days before being able to go to vote again.
