Non-Aggression Pact Between Americas

To all citizens of the USA, you government would like to make an announcement. As of a few hours ago, a Non-Aggression Pact has been singed by our Nation, and the Nation of Americca. The terms of said Pact include the reorganizing of the borders that are our Nation. The States of North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Texas, Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, New Mexico, Idaho, Nevada, Utah, Arizona, Washington, Oregon, California, Hawaii, and of course, Alaska are to fall under the rule of The United Socialists of America, while all former states to the East are to be transfered under the control of Americca. As well in terms, there is also the part that states that Puerto Rico will remain a territory of Americca, and Guam remain a territory of the USA's. As well as the reduced number of border crossings to three, for your convenience, no ranged or heavy weapon near the border, extending at least twenty miles, no military exercises near the border nor placing military bases next to the border. Civil aviation will now require government approval for flyover, and the government needs it one year in advance for safety, the same goes for ports, and sea travel. We thank you for being a part of the USA and you are welcome to return to the homeland. With these new borders in place, we would also like to announce that the new Capital city of the USA will be located in Anchoridge, Alaska, where it all started. Thank You.
