This is a guide intended for all nations that are currently residing in the Roman Empire.
The Edicts of Rome shall serve as the standard on how this region will operate.
Note that this page will be updated and altered at The Tiber's discretion.

Please take the time to review these guidelines. Thank you.

  • Domestic Policies:

    • The Tiber is the eternal Emperor of the Roman Empire.

    • The Emperor has the ability to rule as he sees fit and grant or restrict administrative powers to citizens.

    • All residing nations are subjects of the Emperor and Roman Empire, regardless of citizenship status.

      • A Roman citizen is considered to be a nation that has resided in the region for more than three weeks.

      • Observers are nations that have recently joined the region and stayed for at least a week.

  • Foreign Policies:

    • This region is not recruiter friendly. Recruitment from outside nations and regions is strictly prohibited. Any nation or region attempting to do so will be immediately condemned and blacklisted. Residing nations are encouraged to report illegal recruitment campaigns to the Emperor and/or officials.

    • Raiders (classified as "barbarians") are not permitted to join the region and will be met with banjection.
