Government Order on the Establishment of the MGS

Article 1

I. The Ministry of Government Security, abbreviated MGS is the main internal and external security ministry to be created within the borders of the Enclave.
II. This Ministry is the most important and has executive authority over any other ministries and organizations
III.The MGS is given permission to arrest and investigate any government members or ordinary citizens.

Article 2

IV. Documents of the MGS use their own, special emblem. They are the second highest ones, in terms of importance.
V. Agents and Officers of the MGS are to head regional security.
VI. In case of suspicious activity, comrades are expected to report that directly to the MGS
V. The MGS is tasked with uncovering spies and enemies of the state that lie in the enclave, aswell as foregin operations.
