Legislative FREE FROM POLITICIAN

Terrans are very proud of the fact that there is no politician in our legislative branch.

Because our legislative functions like a grand jury.
Random citizens are picked to be the member of that grand jury.
Political parties are designing the law or arguing against that law.
The "Grand Jury" decide whether the new law pass.

Representative. Democratic. And politicians-free. How can we not proud of our legislative?
