We, the nations of the United Nations of Xenuooo, with Ramsey at our side and his light illuminating our path, establish this constitution; bearing in mind the goals of forming a perfect union and the graceful avoidence of past mistakes.

Article the 1st-
The law making body of the UNX shall be composed of a council with 3 permenant nations: The Earth Star Empire, the Island Nation of Butan, and the Armpit of Satan. The council shall also elect up to 5 other menbers. They shall make laws together. A veto from 1 or more permenant members of the Supreme Council or a majority of non-permenant members of the the council can strike down a perspective bill.

Article the 2nd-
Administrative powers, such as border controls, polls, and recruiting, shall be appointed to interested nations by majority council vote.

Article the 3rd-
The Supreme Council shall be in charge of interpreting the law and constitution of the region. The Supreme council has sole power over bringing suits, settling disputes, and determining the legality of national law. Their court will serve as a sort of legal police, catching those who seek to violate the intended UNX constitution.

Article the 4th-
Amendments to the constitution can be ratified or unratified by a 3/4 vote of the Council.

Article the 5th-
The following is a ranking of legal supremacy:
-UNX constitution, including amendments and court decisions.
-Treaties
-Regional laws
