The Illuminati Council History Almanac (Volumes I and II)

5/28/16: The new nation of Antishya became RA and due to this, Utopia now departed the region but shortly returned. Kovichialand became the leader of the FRPP but when asking to become the Speaker of the Senate, switched to the DPIC and was appointed the Speaker position. It seems there will be a referendum to hold another election and no candidates have come forward.

5/27/16: After the leaking of the emails adresses of Amberia Island and Icaris being very similar, the entire region was shocked yesterday when at about 12:45 PM EST, the Kovichialand nation owner, Ryan Kovich, admitted to Martín of the nation Elkish, that he was in fact, almost 60+ nations in the Illuminati Council. Elkish stated he was in conversation with the NationStates moderators who told him there was a puppet ring in the Illuminati Council. He also claimed the IP addresses on the forum matched for Icaris, Kovichialand, and Amberia Island. He then came out and clearly stated that he knew Kovichialand was a puppet master. Kovichialand then admitted to having the 60+ nations and began to emmigrate them all to his former region, the Free Republican States. Soon after, an argumetn arose between Utopia Now and Hellomynameisjeff, Kaleb. They both were fighting for the RA position and argued about who uncovered the evidence and who got the credit for uncovering the ring. Phyrabia became Chancellor and created a new cabinet, composed of New roman replublic, New amaira, The central communist anarchy, and Orjares.

5/26/16: The day was made up of nearly one discussion about who would take over after the Chancellor, if he was impeached. It seems a no brianer that he will in fact get impeached and Icaris and Amberia Island will be prosecuted for being puppets or the same person. Kovichialand began the conversation starting with wanting an election after impeachment but it was later said that the new acting Chancellor will decide if there will be an election. Kaleb is back in the house, I repeat, Kaleb is back in the house. Kaleb joined once again and was not shy about being obvious it was him and that he had gotten past the moderators restrictions. Now that he is back it should be a fun couple of weeks, or however long it takes before he gets banned again.

5/25/16: Yesterday we saw the resignation of The central communist anarchy from the position of Secretary of Education, much to our shock, giving not much of a resignation speech nor reason to why he was resigning. New amaira attempted to apply for the position, but was ignored when Icaris decided to appoint the previous Secretary of Education, Amberia Island back into the position. With the argument of which map to use, nations Scotianada, Gowcester, and Tudorn decided to discuss possible immigration laws, but ended up not deciding on anything. The discussion then fell to two topics, which map to use and the new topic began by Orjares about forcing nations to join the off-site forum. Nations such as Kovichialand and Krystallum were opposed to this idea, but the newcomer did not back down from his argument. Charges have also yet to filed, and the DoD has yet to make any hint towards when they will, if they are, be filed. For the first time after a long 10 days, I sign for the night, and get to say, I'm back b*tches!

5/24/16: Yet again we experienced another boring day in the Illuminati Council. After a new and very active nation Orjares, joined he left after noting our lack of Illuminati. Shortly following this, a poll was released on regional chat on whether or not we should use Kovichialand's hand drawn regional map. Shortly following this, and probably one of the most newsworthy events in the region, was a short discussion about skyrim.

5/22/16: Following the recent DOS order sent out against PraiseKingGodKaleb, events in the council have been rather drab until now. The regional attorney, Kovichialand is in the rough stages of creating a regional map, which will include all of the active regional community. Former Education Officer Utopia Now resigned from office the previous day and today was quickly replaced by The Central Communist Anarchy. Apart from this, the trials on Tudorn, Unidad and Prosperidad, and Utopia Now might happen sometime in the far future. In terms of legislation, Icaris has proposed a legislation which automatically causes any nation that leaves the region to renounce their citizenship. RMB activity has been slow recently, but will probably pick up soon. As of now, the regional map will hopefully be digitized soon.

5/20/16: As the old song goes, kinda, "Twas a silent day, Twas a uneventful day, all was calm, cause Kaleb's gone." Yes very little happened throughout the region today. Which comes as a welcomed, though somewhat boring, outcome to the mess that has been this week. The only news worthy event is that the trials are now soon to be, well upcoming... On a side note, this marks one of the many announcements for announcements that have occurred on the server, really you people who are my bosses (hmm maybe I shouldn't poke fun at my employers, but hey I got the censorship card so screw it) can just announce it without taunting us, or at least when you have a date as to when the posts are actually going to be given. Either way, more so to the point, seeing as how there is now much fresh meat among the lot, In this time of quiet and peace, I shall deliver below a summary of the cases pending.First off we have Tudorn, the former ViceChancellor. The charges against him are based on the fact that he banned Kaleb without a trial, before that was the new hip thing to do. His argument will most likely be trying to prove that Kaleb would have gotten banned without the trial, and that the mistake was corrected, so the punishment should be light. Next we have Unidad y Prosperidad. At this point this will likely be the most complex trial. As of right now, there is enough evidence that shows Unidad and the RA are not the same person. This being said the former moderator, the RA, was going to impersonate one of the debaters, which as stated before, could create bias. The argument against? The action was caught so it had no effect, and it didn't really effect the election. Again, mostly going for lighter punishments seems to be a good course of action to take.
Now rounding up the rear, as always *wink*, Utopia Now. He is currently being tried for owning multiple regions at once. Argument? Zip. There isn't one, he admits to it. This being said, he has been in talks of working out a plea deal with the former RA's but there has been no announcement yet as too whether that will be the case with this one.So that is your quick summary of the trials. If you want to find out more about the events that caused this, you could always just read the chat you lazy bum.

5/19/16: Here ye, here ye, on the ninetieth of may, in the 16th year of the 2nd new millennium, PKGK has emerged from the dark, banned, depths that he resides in to continue his everlasting pointless trolling of the server. Today marks the third day in a row that he has broken the rules of the region, making a puppet to try and cement his claim that Ryan, the now establish RA of the server, is Icaris. But atlas, his argue was finally countered. Today Kovichialand responded by showing that his computer, the computer he has his account on, is banned from being a WA delegate. Seeing how Icaris is currently an WA delegate, it is almost irrefutable that he is not in fact Icaris. Thus his supposed senseless trolling was shown to be just that, senseless. As a member of the region commented, "He has no ground to stand on with his argument anymore."
And yet, some good came from Kaleb, this region was now swept of harassing puppets, bringing our supposed population of 102, to the still high 82. This still leaves the nonharassing potential puppets in the region, but some of those breaking our constitution have been found out. As mentioned early, today marks the long hunt for a new RA, after Unidad y Prosperidad resigned, PKGK was impeached, and pony banned. His name Kovichialand, the man PKGK has continuously attempted to frame, and callout as the chancellor. Though he was all around a good candidate, he still could potentially be a controversial figure in that one of the potential cases has him and Unidad y Prosperidad potentially coercing during the election, due to the fact that he was the moderator of the debates attempting to use Unidad y Prosperidad's account to participate. But we shall see. So in conclusion, today was a day of resolution. The legal system can finally get back in order, Kaleb's continuous arguments have been disproven, and this region is a little less filled with wrongdoers.

5/18/16: A new party was started today, the Communist People's Party. As well a new poll was created about establishing a statute of limitations on all court cases. Both the Elkish and Utopia Now, raised issue with this The Elkish outright against it, and Utopia now, saying either the time it took for the limit needed to be longer, and somethings shouldn't get it applied to. As well, PKGK, created a fake Icaris impersonator, Icaris, trying to claim yet again Icaris' real name is Ryan, and is a clone of Kovichland. It is suspected that PKGK has started using computers with different IP address to make his accounts, thus getting around the IP ban he has. This comes as the second puppet PKGK has claimed to made, though EGAP and Al Queada were both banned today with permission from the Chief Justice as clones of PKGK.

5/17/16: Today is the beginning of the exodus of nations from the FRS to the Illuminati council. Five members from the FRS, including their leader, have already arrived at the moment of writing this. As well a new nation arrived, CreatetheNation, who claimed Icaris was secretly Ryan, the leader of the FRS, whom is suspected of being Unidad y Prosperidad, the former RA. This though ended, when CreatetheNation was suppressed by the moderators, who told us that he was secretly PKGK, attempting to frame the Chancellor, as well he was shown to be the Icarisisapuppet, and following an announcement by the Elkish, it was discovered that EGAP, PKGK, and Al-Qaeda, are all the same person. This led to EGAP leaving the region, thus resigning as R/A. Neither PKGK nor Al Qaeda have left yet though.

5/16/16: The Bill of Reliance, a twice amended bill has been passed through the Grand Council today. As well our Head of State, Portview Echo, announced that the FRS may soon dissolve and it's member's will join this region. As well the Code of Law was just updated with this law, "In all cases, all evidence must be attached in a fact book for the public to view." The deadline for submitting this is before the trial. As well late that night, EGAPII departed the region with EGAPIII arriving. There was talk in chat that he was muted and so this one assumes made another account so he could fulfill his duties as RA.

5/15/16: After a week of laughter, sadness, and controversy comes to a close, so does the election. We all waited in utter silence as the votes were tallied up and revealed the next Chancellor. After Unidad y Prosperidad was ousted for maybe or maybe not being a puppet, The Theocracy of PraiseKingGodKaleb was appinted the next RA. Within a matter of hours, he was impeached by the cabinet, led by Icaris. This was to much dismay and objection from the Chief Justice, Elkish. In return, he appointed another regional favorite, Everyone Gets A Pony II, as RA. Phyrabia then proceeded to make The Theocracy of PraiseKingGodKaleb the Secretary of Defense. What followed was a week of arguments over trials and charges and technicalities, led by The Constitutional Monarchy of Gowcester. Once the charges were filed against Tudorn, Unidad y Prosperidad, and Utopia Now, and the trial dates were set, a new mystery came upon the region. The Democratic Republic of The United Socialist States of Al-Qaeda began threatening Utopia Now and Icaris to kill them if they didn't vote for him. He was most likely joking, but the NationStates moderators had a different idea. They banned him from the game, making his nation cease to exist, which made his run for Chancellor over. At the same time (based on rumors) Icaris reported The Theocracy of PraiseKingGodKaleb to the moderators based on his comments about killing the Jewish leader. This got him banned from the game as well. If you look back at that comment, it has since been suppressed by a moderator. Al-Qaeda came back kickin' with another nation, but was once again, banned. PraiseKingGodKaleb came back as PraisetheKingGodKaleb and Al-Qaeda as Al-Qaeda III. These nations have been extremely quiet, maybe trying to remain out of the spotlight of any drama. Gowcester replaced PKGK as Secretary of Defense, but for only the short time left of Phyrabia's term. The founder then concluded that just because PKGK was a former nation, he still was not a member and could not vote in the election. To add a crazy twist, two nations came in, with similar names, flags, motto's, national animals, and currency as PKGK saying each other were imposters. The new two were banned almost immediately, bringing peace back to the nation. Finally, after a 48 hour election, the final vote count was 29 to 50 with our next Chancellor to be Icaris. It's been an honor to serve, from everyone at the DoE, I sign off and may the region prosper.

5/7/16: A shocking day in the Illuminati Council. Yesterday, the 1st debate for the Chancellor was held and both nations expressed their views, Everyone Gets A Pony II was not able to attend, despite joining as PKGK at the end of the debate. Today, the controversial former Director of the FBS, rejoined the region, and the RA threatened to bring back the charges against him. Tonight, during the second debate, Kovichialand secretly was debating for Unidad y Prosperidad. U y P then admitted to asking the moderator debate in his place and the puppets of PKGK was quick to blame U y P for being a puppet and rallied nations against him. The RA resigned and claimed he was planning on getting out of the campaign race anyway. Utopia Now admitted to being Pacifist Unions and Supreme Delegation but stating that it was somehow not unconstitutional. The question of who will become RA is still unanswered and the debate was never completed.

5/3/16: A week of controversy as the election for the second Chancellor of the Illuminati Council comes closer and closer. A new party was created, the National Democratic Party, with two members including our loyal founder. In election news, Icaris won the first primary election with 28 votes, the closest behind him were Unidad y Prosperidad and Amberia Island with a tie of 12 votes. You might think this will be the outcome, but with the flood of at least 10 nations within a matter of minutes, who knows what is going to happen. The 10 day membership period will end on the 5th, making it ten days before the last day of the election. The first debate was also delayed, pushing back a process that may worry some nations. What would this region be without accusations flying? Well, we have seen plenty of that over the months and especially as the campaign trail gets hot. In legislation news, the RA put a bill on the floor for the Regional Senate, one that encourages activity, with the consequence of deportation. This bill has received much attention over the days by important government officials, some worry this is a too drastic step towards enforcing the non-tolerance rule against puppets in this region. The State Department has been busy at work, left by the Secretary of State, Portview Echo. He has gained dozens of embassies in the last week and a recent alliance has shocked the RMB. An alliance charter was pinned, offering a sense of structure between regions. This charter contained some concerning statements about interference with regional legislation, which concerned the cabinet. There are also rumors of a so-called "Project C" operation with Melayu jaya's old nation. These rumors have yet to be addressed, but it begs the question, who is Melayu jaya and why after so long being in a different region did he decide to join now? Is he a raider? Or does he mean peace? The DoD is bound to launch an investigation, or not, based on the current inactivity of the Secretary of Defense, who knows what he'll let slip by. The biggest question is still yet to come, Who will be the next Chancellor of the Illuminati Council?

4/27/16: A new political party was quickly established yesterday, The Illuminati Nationalist Party, and as of now, it has three members. The leader, a new arrival, Opfern und ruhm, seems to have ties to Nazism which might worry some people. The emblem for his party, is the swastika. The views are very similar to Nazi Germany but as of now, are open to anybody. The leadership has yet to make a statement regarding the party, but it seems as long as this new party doesn't harm the region, they will be free to exist. This brings up the issue of the requirements and ethics of a political party and how quickly they can be established. It seems, while other parties have been trying to get registered, this party jumped to the top of the list. Does this make the Speaker of Senate able to restrict political freedoms? Can the Speaker of Senate decided who he wants to get registered and who he doesn't want? All these questions are sure to be brought up as the election process furthers, as controversy always follows these events. There have also been rumors of puppets, these rumors involve Pacifist unions, Utopia now, Praisekinggodkaleb, and The socialist states of al-qaeda. Some of these nations are no longer in the region, so these acts are technically not against the Constitution, but they will definitely be investigated by several different sources.

4/24/16: A historic and sad day as the Chancellor nominations slammed shut. Early in the afternoon, we said goodbye to the Vice Chancellor Pacifist unions, who decided to leave the region and his office. We were all in shock when he made his historic announcement, some thought he was going to run for Chancellor. Following his announcement, we heard from the Secretary of Public Relations Icaris who announced his candidacy for Chancellor. This evening, we heard the announcement of re-election from our current Chancellor Phyrabia which was well received by Portview Echo (who surprisingly claimed he wasn't running) and Icaris who agreed with everything he has to say and expressed his full support of the Chancellor. Since those shocking announcements, there has been a heated argument about socialism, its core values, and the ridiculous "political party" The socialist states of al-qaeda is suggesting. Next week we will hear our first debate for Chancellor, I feel it will be heated, and very historical.

4/23/16: Only two days after the dismissal and departure of Praisekinggodkaleb as the Director of the FBS, controversy is surrounding yet another cabinet member. After statements made by Rykahantis (on the topic of what the IPIC actually stands for) which the Secretary of Defense deemed inappropriate, a heated debate on what the RA's job and what cases the region would accept ensued. The RA agreed to take the case and announced charges filed against Rykahantis. There is yet to be any update on the details of that case. Krystallum also replaced Tudorn as Secretary of Senate with the IPIC holding the majority of nations. The RA, Unidad y Prosperidad, issued the Code of Law for the Illuminati Council. The Code was quickly voted through by the Grand Council, 5 to 1 for, and was put to poll for the Regional Senate. On the surpisingly quieter note, today was the first chance nations could announce their candidacy for Chancellor. Those who announced were: Amberia Island, Tudorn, Everyone gets a pony ii, and The socialist states of al-qaeda. The current Chancellor has yet to announce whether he is running for re-election or not. The Vice-Chancellor also stated he had an announcement to make, but that announcement never came.

4/21/16: A historic but peaceful day in the Illuminati Council. With the rising tension against the Director of the FBS, The Theocracy of Praisekinggodkaleb, was removed from his position and the Chancellor made the call to remove the position all together. He replaced the Defense Officer with Everyone gets a pony ii and created the position of Speaker of House. This position is held by the leader of the majority political party represented. Tudorn took office as the first Speaker of the House. The first legislation was also passed, proving that democracy in this region DOES exist. The amendment to the Constitution puts in place a system of membership after 10 days of presiding in the region. The amendment passed 14 to 7 in favor.

4/20/16: Yet another calm day in the region. The most important item of business was the membership amendment to the Constitution, voted through by the Grand Council (7-0), appeared today, ready for the Regional Senate to approve it. There were some questioning of the language in which the amendment was written and it has come to my attention there might be some hearings before every amendment or proposal is passed, to ensure that they do not allow for any criminal activity to leek through the cracks. This and much more will be described in "the Illuminati Council Code of Law" which is to be written by our Regional Attorney and the Chief Justice. On the RMB there was some talk over a controversy of "satellite states" and Rykahantis was quick to use it against the administration. For now, the government is functioning well and the people are somewhat content.

4/19/16: Twas a calm day in the Illuminati Council. There were no extremely accusal statements made and it seems all tension between nations has subsided for the most part. There are rumors of an internal investigation and trial against the Director of the FBS. None of these rumors have been confirmed to be true by anyone. There was also talk of a Speaker of the House position being created and it seems the Grand Council had voted the regional membership act through to the Regional Senate. Another suggested act was brought up by Rykahantis, suggesting there be some rules to maintain activity in the regional government.

4/18/16: “Decorum for f*cks sake!” “Can I cross examine myself?” “I never saw a list of court rules.”.. were all statements made today in the historical trial of The Federation of Phyrabia against the Illuminati Council. The verdict, made by the esteemed Chief Justice, Elkish, ruled the Brotherhood of Phucker’s vote invalid, reinstating Chancellor Le Phyre. This marked the newly appointed Regional Attorney’s (Unidad y Prosperidad) first case, and after he stated, "I defend the policies and actions.” (referring to the region) and "Do not be under the impression that I have a personal vendetta against any of you.” It is clear he is trying not to make any enemies in the region, because we all know what happens to those who go against the administration. During the trial, the matters of ethics and what validates a member of the Illuminati Council came up. The defendant argued that at the time, the accused was not a convicted criminal, which the plaintiff still argued he was guilty. The unconstitutional deportations committed by the Director of the FBS (Praisekinggodkaleb) was also brought up (go figure) but was quickly hushed by the Chancellor due to relevance to the case. The Chancellor has decided to keep the current cabinet and created a Vice Chancellor position. He is also considering a two week stay in the region as a sign of membership. This policy has yet to be voted on by the Regional Senate and Grand Council. All seems to be at ease in the Illuminati Council, but the night is still young, and with the example of what happened last night and early this morning, it could be a long night for everyone.

4/17/16: Today was a big day in the Illuminati Council history. The Acting Chancellor was announced as The commonwealth of pacifist unions. He decided to keep the Director of the FBS as The Theocracy of P.K.G.K and the Secretary of Public Relations as The Theocracy of Icaris. He replaced the Secretary of Defense with The Empire of New Roman Republic, the Secretary of State as The Republic of Portview Echo, and the Secretary of Education as The Democratic Republic of Amberia Island. The Acting Chancellor was quick to establish a legislation system with a Regional Senate, Grand Council, and the introduction of a new position, The Regional Attorney. These changes were brought by primarily good feedback. In the off-site forum, the topic of who the Regional Attorney would and should be. The question of what is ethical was brought up and the Director of FBS showed interest in this position. The Secretary of State sent out invitations to other regions and the Secretary of Public Relations expressed his support for the Acting Chancellor. The impeached Chancellor charged several nations, that departed the region after the impeachment. They hoped to somehow un-impeach the Chancellor. He charged nations from the Unity Council, who has since been under knew leadership, and some from the Free Republican States. Drauvania, an FRS founding member, claimed to not have wanted to interfere in the voting, but to find safe haven in the region. Rykahantis was the only one to reply to these charges, but as the night turns into day, this story will further unfold. The Chief Justice stated that he deemed their votes legitimate and it would take a large argument to change his mind.
