Governor-01, usually just called GVR-01, is the Premier of Public Affairs and the de facto leader of Giustinia. It was made by a joint government collaboration with the company Armla and Hemlan Arms to showcase weapons tracking technology, and eventually gained sentience after an experimental CPU was added to the mainframe. It was propagandized to be loyal to the state and to be a replica of Daniele Cianciulli's personality, though it is quite inaccurate and seems to go on long, insane speeches about patriotism. It has become the de facto head of state after Daniele Cianciulli became paralyzed, which is hidden from the general public, and because they still need someone to run the country, they choose the GVR as the interim ruler.
