UEPU Provincial Government Act

Forward:

In order to build what was, and to provide a safe legal framework to the governance of the UEPU Province which is not outlined in the supreme Treaty of UEPU Integration, the UEPU Provincial Act will supply the legal basis.

Clause 1:

Hereby establishes the UEPU House of Representatives - a legislation chamber of 10 WA members proportionally elected every 6 months that may propose and vote on bills.

Hereby declares that the Provincial Representative shall have executive power through the position of Governor in the UEPU.

Hereby encourages all ex-UEPU members to rejoin the UEPU as a Council of Asian Province - and to help build the region through activity and political engagement.

Clause 2:

Hereby establishes that all legislation either falls under two categories as stated below:

Bill/ Act - a piece of legislation that can override past legislation and is equally valid to all of the UEPU Province.
Decree - a directive piece of legislation that holds legal status in order to direct how the government shall act providing it does violate past legislation. May only be made by the Provincial Representative.

Hereby declares that all legislation written by the Provincial Representative holds the same weight as a bill.

Clause 3:

Hereby establishes the Provincial Cabinet of the UEPU.

Hereby declares that the Provincial Cabinet shall only consist of members of the House of Representatives.

Hereby declares the cabinet shall consist of roles that the Provincial Representative can delegate to the cabinet members for their oversight.

Hereby purposefully leaves the specific cabinet roles vague and open to interpretation.
