"Under dogs" Paramilitary Milita group

The Under Dogs is a paramilitary armed militia, known for the influence they have amongst Athanatos. As of 8/30/26, the Under Dogs are particularly un-organized, utilizing stolen and rebranded weaponry to use during combat. Particularly, they occupy a network of small villages and towns, using intimidation tactics, summary executions and mass killings to intimidate the populace into submission. Despite being relatively un-organized and lacking in air control or foreign aid; the use of guerilla warfare, election fraud, and biowarfare, is used as a deterrent during federal intervention. This has kept Athanatos supreme military from enacting a war against them, fearing civil war.
