This is your Eternal Emperor, The Leader, the Leader of the Unfree World, speaking.

We are eternally grateful for your help. After the previous two telegrams, we are proud to announce the complete and utter decimation of all remnants of the Free Kerbal Liberation Army (FKLA). Muffsian Armed Forces (MAF) have rapidly eliminated all remaining splinter cells from the shadows of our society.

We would like to take the opportunity to thank key regional allies for their wholehearted collaboration. Especially the Rogue Nation of SALAKAU, for providing their latest military equipment and personnel of parangs and xiaodidis. Regardless of their efficacy, we thoroughly appreciate the thought that counts.

With the newly implemented regionwide policing database, the MAF will review its internal processes to find the root cause of how the FKLA were permitted to slip under the radar. In the meantime, we continue humbly requesting that all citizens keep an eye out for any other suspicious behaviour and alert MAF hotlines on sight. Anyone caught in association with or aiding any terrorist organisations will face execution. For the full list of organisations declared off-limits, all a13 citizens are advised to visit the publicly released version of the regionwide policing database, available for viewing at all local police stations.
