2. Don’t be a facist

3. Don’t have direct connections to these reigons (Embassied to one of these)

4. Don’t be a raider Organization/Region (Some exceptions apply)

5. Ideally have 10 nations or more

All desisions are a case to case desision and made by the Delegate who is currently Garbage Replubic or anyone with embassy perms

you should have a WA delegate (must for frontiers) or have no settings for the delegate, themes are taken into account
