Following the confirmation that Wes Sovin and The Crusader Kings were the same individual, an internal review and deliberation process was conducted, ultimately resulting in his banishment from The Sacred Elite (tSE). At the time of these events, Wes Sovin held the position of Elite Consul and was a member of the regional administration. During the course of the investigation, it was determined that certain actions were inconsistent with the region’s legislation, resulting in violations of the following provisions: Chapter I, Article 1; Chapter I, Article 2; Chapter I, Article 4; Chapter III, Article 13; and Chapter III, Article 15. These provisions formed the legal basis considered throughout the evaluation of the case.

In addition to the identified violations, factors related to his previous involvement within the community were also taken into account. Records indicate that Wes Sovin had previously been subjected to a banishment during the early period of tSE’s existence due to events associated with the former region known as GWCS. It was subsequently determined that he had returned to the community through an alternative account presented under a different identity from the one previously known. This circumstance was also examined during the review process, alongside the other facts and information gathered throughout the investigation.

Upon the conclusion of the review and deliberation process, and after consideration of the available evidence, the regional administration and the participants involved in the proceedings decided to impose the sanction of banishment. The case was formally documented and remains available for public consultation through the region’s official dispatch.

After 56 days of The Sacred Elite’s existence, we are pleased to announce the official opening of our Regional Forum. This space has been established with the purpose of promoting communication, the exchange of ideas, and interaction between nations, and is open to participation from any nation, regardless of its region of origin.

The Forum was designed as an environment dedicated to constructive discussion, the presentation of suggestions, and the exchange of views on matters of common interest. We believe that meaningful dialogue and cooperation are essential to building stronger relationships between nations and fostering a more connected international community.

Although The Sacred Elite Forum does not yet have an extensive set of specific regulations, all participants are expected to observe basic principles of respect and proper conduct. Accordingly, spam, insults, personal attacks, defamation, slander, harassment, or any other behavior that may negatively affect the discussion environment will not be permitted and may be subject to appropriate administrative action.

The administration encourages respectful and constructive participation from all users in order to maintain an organized, accessible, and welcoming environment for discussion. We hope that this Forum will become a space for cooperation, friendship, and the exchange of ideas among nations from diverse backgrounds and perspectives.

Although no specific celebration has been held to mark the occasion, this achievement represents a significant moment in the region’s history and reflects the steady growth of our community since its founding.

Throughout this period, considerable effort has been dedicated to establishing a stable, organized, and welcoming environment for our members. During its early days, The Sacred Elite also served as a place of refuge for nations seeking a new community following the events surrounding the invasion of GWCS, helping to build the foundation upon which the region stands today.

While the region maintains defined standards in certain areas, including diplomatic relations and eligibility for positions of responsibility such as ministerial offices and the World Assembly Delegacy, the growth we have achieved demonstrates the continued interest of new nations in becoming part of our community.

Reaching the milestone of 200 nations represents more than a number; it reflects the participation of our members and the gradual development of the region over time. The administration extends its appreciation to all those who have contributed to this journey and looks forward to continuing to strengthen the spirit of cooperation, friendship, and community that has accompanied the growth of The Sacred Elite.

We are delighted to observe the level of attention and engagement generated by the fourth edition of The Elite Times. Since its publication, the edition has surpassed 350 views and continues to approach the 400-view milestone, making it the most widely viewed edition to date. Notably, its readership has already exceeded the combined total of the previous three editions, representing a significant achievement for the publication and its contributors.

The Sacred Elite would like to recognize the contributions of Liberal union and their continued involvement in regional affairs. In recent weeks, Liberal union has demonstrated a consistent commitment to supporting the region through a variety of activities, including assisting with border control responsibilities, helping to reduce spam on the Regional Message Board (RMB), and providing information considered beneficial to the community. These efforts have contributed to the maintenance and organization of the region and have led to their recent promotion and increased responsibilities within the regional structure.

In addition, Liberal union is currently a candidate in our sister region, The Sacred Elite of the North. Their participation in the political and community life of both regions reflects an ongoing interest in regional development and cooperation, making their contributions worthy of acknowledgment.

We would also like to highlight Sinferopol, who is currently leading the presidential election in The Sacred Elite of the North with six votes. Although not a minister within The Sacred Elite, Sinferopol has become a well-known and respected member of the broader community through active participation and positive engagement with others. As the election progresses, he remains a prominent candidate and a potential future President of our sister region.

The Sacred Elite values the efforts and participation of individuals who contribute to the growth, stability, and development of our regional community and its partners. We extend our appreciation to all those who continue to dedicate their time and efforts to these goals.

In light of the fact that diplomatic tensions between The Sacred Elite and Pax Imperialis have persisted since the era of ISSUE, and considering that periods of heightened disagreement have, on multiple occasions, brought both regions close to open conflict, representatives from both communities have sought avenues to promote stability and prevent further escalation.

With this objective in mind, Kilmekia proposed the establishment of a Non-Aggression Treaty between the two regions. The proposal was intended to provide a formal framework for maintaining peaceful relations, reducing the likelihood of future hostilities, and encouraging diplomatic dialogue as the primary means of addressing disagreements and disputes.

Following discussions between the parties involved, the treaty was accepted, marking an important step toward the normalization of relations between The Sacred Elite and Pax Imperialis. As a result, diplomatic relations between the two regions are now considered neutral, allowing communication and interaction to take place through regular diplomatic channels without the tensions that had previously characterized the relationship.

While differences between regions may continue to exist, the agreement reflects a mutual interest in preserving stability and fostering a more constructive environment for future engagement.
