Note: After a dramatic restructuring of the power structure of the Council, the symbolic Head of Government, the Prime Minister, was abolished, with the Council serving as a collective head of government. Note: The 17th Executive Council was formed after the introduction of the July TDK3 Constitution, which effectively eliminated the position of "Founder" from the regional government. Instead, the head of state and government position would now become the Chancellor of the Democratika, with Candanadium winning the August TDK3 Chancellor Election.

Minister of the Archive Urrangslan was dismissed on November 6th, TDK3 following an incident in which he banned a citizen as a joke and proceeded to delete the event from moderation logs and censor fellow Executive Councillors and Citizens from alerting others about it. Prior to this, Urrangslan had also banned other citizens in a supposed joking manner and has failed to make adjustments to the Archive as necessary, and an overall lack of initiative was what ultimately led Chancellor Candanadium to dismiss him from the Executive Council. Alayka was appointed in his stead as he had demonstrated a capability and enthusiasm for logging key events in Democratikan history and familiarizing himself with regional history and lore. An incident also occurred with the archive nation, officially property of the region, which Urrangslan initially refused to hand over but later reversed his stance following an intervention from Akarea.

Akarea's nation briefly ceased to exist on January 22, TDK4, and as a result Candanadium became WA Delegate, being the second-most endorsed nation in the region.

The 20th Council was formed on March 3, TDK8 (2025), as part of a regional revitalization project, with the return of Letskia to the regional community and Akarea to the administration of the region.

The 20th Council was shuffled on May 17, TDK8, introducing the position of Secretary of State, serving in assistant roles to the ministers for specific portfolios.

On June 1st, TDK8, the 20th Council proposed a Constitution of the Democratika, which was subsequently approved by referendum. The Constitution established the Regional Assembly and the Oversight Commission of the Democratika as additional branches of government. Confedracy was appointed Dean of the Oversight Commission on June 6, TDK8, resigning from the Council, replaced by Alayka as Minister of Regional Defence.

The 23rd Council was elected on May 21, Democratika 9. It formally took shape on May 25, Democratika 9, with the resignation of Candanadium, having completed the transitional process. Cookie Crumbia was appointed Dean of the Oversight Commission as the sole Commissioner at the time. He was later removed from the Oversight Commission on June 5, Democratika 9, following a transphobic, homophobic dispatch.

Austro-bavaria and baden-wurttemberg was promoted to Minister of Mediation (Later to Moderator-Mediator) on 9 July, Democratika 9. This formally took effect on 31 July, Democratika 9, as well as the formation of the current moderation team. Her nation ceased to exist on 16 September, Democratika 9. The 'Minister' naming scheme was phased out during this shuffle. Concurrently, Auskia was appointed to the Oversight Commission after long deliberation in a move to curb Cookie Crumbia's attempts to retake Dean of the Oversight Commission.
