[WA] The many WA diplomats of Cessarea
There are quite a few of them
Cessarea sends a diplomatic mission to the World Assembly staffed by over 100 members, including diplomats, legal assistants, specialised consultants and, more numerously, low-level workers responsible for... something. No one actually knows what they do, aside from passing around printed-out drafts or operating machines in the background. Currently, these are the diplomats involved with the mission, who may sometimes take charge of writing a proposal, or giving feedback to one by another nation, by order of how recently they joined the team:
Minister Hesitant Dispatch 440 is a rare kind of Cessarean: a monitor, an ancient design that Artificials still have trouble emulating and reverse-engineering. Its body is an orb of cyan light encased by a round metallic carapace, and it moves using an extremely compact antigravitational system. Less charitably, it can be described as a floating ball with a single eye in the middle. Don't call it that though. It's rude.
It was first created by order of the Joint Summit of Sentinels and Arbiters, a judicial organ of Cessarea, as a means to keep the Executive government in check. The body alleged that Cessarea had been "seriously and flagrantly violating principles set by the Articles of Creation [Constitution] on international policy". Hesitant Dispatch spent a few years training before it was considered ready for deployment, and once dispatched it was put in charge of the mission, a position it currently holds.
Adjutant Minister Ambers-of-Blight is an Artificial: thin limbs, slender digits, metallic skin, short stature, and a set of large oval eyes on her somewhat articulated face and its faux muscles. She is definitely not a mistype of Leaves-of-Blight that came to life. Considerably less eccentric than most of her colleagues, although just as pedantic. Not the most pedantic, though, oh no.
Adjutant Minister Pedantic Bureaucrat is an Artificial. As boring as they come. He's assigned to the most menial of tasks and gives the most bland feedback imaginable.
(Ex-)Minister Leaves-of-Blight is an Artificial. She is dead. We don't talk about her.
Permanent Councillor Feathers-of-Burgundy is also an Artificial. A very old one, in fact, at the ripe old age of 304. He was the first Cessarean diplomat sent to the World Assembly, and loves to remind everyone of that fact. For some godforsaken reason he contracted an illness that cost him the use of his legs, and instead gave him a sick floating throne which, to the dismay of his own nation and the WA administration, excels at bursting through unsuspecting doors, walls, ceilings, and floors. Don't say his name. Anywhere. Please.
