#77: World To End, Or Possibly Just Mark Anniversary

#77 was written by Max Barry and automatically given to every nation on NS' first anniversary - even to nations set to vacation mode. It was later turned into a regular Easter Egg.

Nations become eligible to receive #77 after they have found at least 3 other Easter Eggs.

Holy Egg
#78: Should We Pull The Lever? [Meddlers; ed: SalusaSecondus]

Nations become eligible to receive #78 if they have "Holy" in their pretitle and a population of at least 1.25 billion

Alien Egg
#80: Aliens Wish Peace/Trade Agreement [Exiled; ed: SalusaSecondus]

Nations become eligible to receive #80 when they "Moo" or "Moon", in their national motto and maintain the existence of a pizza industry
Your Pizza delivery industry must be greater than 0 to be able to receive this Easter.

Color Egg
#215: What's Your Favourite Colour? [Antioch and the East; ed: Sirocco]

Nations become eligible to receive #215 if they have a color in their pretitle.
Colors that trigger this are: Red, Blue, Black, White, Purple, Gold, Grey, Green, Pink, Orange, and Yellow
Using a color without the letter E is likely the best method, as it ensures you can still receive #1122

Zombie Egg
#223: Zombie Attack! [Naliitr; ed: Sirocco]

#223 seemingly has two separate ways to become eligible to receive it. The first is to have ceased to exist and then resurrect.
The Second and more precise one is to have "Brains" in the Motto
There is no population requirement.

Crime Egg
#256: Suburbs Are Out Of This World [Scolopendra; ed: Sirocco]

Nations become eligible to receive this egg when they have a crime statistic above 16.75 and a space program. This egg's requirements are by far the most vague, but that doesn't make it impossible.
Fourth Wall Egg
#266: Breaching the Great Fourth Wall of NAME [Reploid Productions; ed: Reploid Productions]

Nations become eligible to receive #266 if they have "Nationstates" in their motto.

Irish Egg
#375: Keep Your Hands Off Those Lucky Charms! [Vile Island; ed: Sanctaria] time-limited MARCH ONLY

Nations may receive this Easter Egg only during March if they have "gold bar" as their currency. While other Irish-themed customizations may aid in getting this egg, it is unnecessary.

MLP Egg
#408: Pony Peril [Sedgelight Sparkle; ed:Sedgistan]

Have the word "Friendship" in your motto.

Issues Egg
#430: Please, Sir, We Want Some More Issues [Eta Carinae; ed: Luna Amore]

Answer more than 300 issues, in no throttle mode and at least 1 Easter Egg. 408, 266, and 80 can all be received early.

Christmas Egg
#471: Red Sleigh Down [Nation of Quebec; ed: Sanctaria] (Time-limited Easter Egg, DECEMBER ONLY)

Nations become eligible to receive #471 during December and when they have Christmas-related words in their pretitle or other customizable fields.
Example:

Currency: Candy Cane
Animal: Reindeer, Rudolf, Elf
City: North Pole
Pre-title: Christmas Winter Wonderland
Leader: Santa Claus

Halloween Egg
#622: A Holiday Masquerade [The Grim Reaper; ed:Lenyo]

There are two options two obtain this egg. You can either Cease to Exist and reactivate your account, or you may have Zombie in your pretitle.

No-E Egg
#1122: Just Say No to E [Zwangzug; ed: Zwangzug]

Nations are eligible to receive #1122 when none of its customized strings contain the letter E
Do not have an (e) or (E) in any of your custom settings
This includes your nation's demonym, singulars, adjectives, and plurals,
This requires 1 billion because major religion is the nation's default religion.

20th Anniversary Egg (still uncertain)
#1549: Easter Egg: 20 Years A-Workin
The newest Easter Egg; was given to every nation who logged during the 20th anniversary, though its current validities are unknown.
