On the Minister of Puppet States
-Nations must now apply to have a puppet state in this region by telegramming either ES Regional Government (if their main nation is located outside Shalibvia) or Shalibvia Ambassador to ES (if their main nation is located in Shalibvia), who will then in turn telegram United Archipelago Commission who will conduct an overview that will ultimately decide on whether the applying nation will be allowed to set up its puppet state in the region.
-Puppet states in this region will now be required to use the flag of their main nation. The rule will apply immediately to new puppet states, while existing puppet states in this region will have a ten-day grace period starting from today.
Shalibvia-Panem will be marked exempt as they are legally defined as territory of more than one country.
The UAC approves of this notion, and as a matter of fact, has decided that the topic of puppet states will be raised at the commission’s extraordinary session in Darchalia on November 16th.
Our stance currently is that the East Shalibvian rule will be determined as an official ‘trial’ period, with a potential plan to expand the rule to the other regions. The expansion of the rule will be brought up at the extraordinary session in Darchalia.
Update: the Council has unitarily voted to approve this law that the rules of the Minister of Puppet States will now apply to the other regions as well.
