Official RMB Rules (and General Region Guidelines) of the United Archipelago Commission
Initial DraftRMB Rules: English is our preferred language. Posts in other languages ARE allowed however, but they MUST be accompanied by an English translation. Penalty: post suppression. Three suppressions regarding this rule: warning.
Exceptions:
-Posts in the Conlang Union (if post is in the nation’s language)
-Posts in the Spanish Zone (if in Spanish)
-Posts in Texel (if in Dutch)
Criticism of nations IS allowed, but do NOT escalate it to an argument. Penalty: the argument gets suppressed. Flaming other nations: considered violation of the UAC Charter, offending nation will be banned from posting until outcome of tribunal meeting in United Archipelago Commission. The tribunal may decide to expel the nation from the UAC, where they will have to leave their region and either move to New Corvinia or a region outside the Commission. Bypassing bans will result in immediate expulsion and exile to New Corvinia or outside the UAC entirely.
Example of approved criticism: ‘Your civil rights I would recommend you improve…’
Example of not approved criticism: ‘Your civil rights suck! Make it better or else!’
Boasting about your stats (e.g. ‘My political apathy is better than yours, so beat it!’) is banned, and is also frowned upon. Penalty: warning and post suppression.
Quoting suppressed posts without a -snip-: Post suppression and strike. Five strikes regarding this rule: warning.
Using brainrot terms (e.g. 6-7, ballerina cappucina, etc.): Post suppression.
Blankspam: Post suppression and possible warning.
Regular spam: Please don’t clog the RMBs with your posts. Doubleposting is only allowed if at least one hour has passed between the last post on an RMB. Penalty: Suppression of both posts, strike or warning depending on the level of offence.
Please remember however that all cases are dealt with on a case-by-case bases by both me and UAC Tribunal.
Any warnings accrued are permanent unless appealed. Telegram United Archipelago Commission to launch an appeal. All appeals are to be held on the United Archipelago Commission region’s Regional Message Board until further notice. If an appeal fails, the requesting nation may request a second appeal after one week.
Exile: Nations may be exiled to New Corvinia or even kicked out the UAC entirely for repeated rule violations. Exiles may be temporary or permanent. Temporary exiles may be appealed after five days, meanwhile permanent exiles may be appealed after two weeks. This also means suspension from the AFC/C.A.R.S. and other affiliated services until further notice.

Reporting a Violation: Want to report a potential violation of the guidelines/rules? Telegram United Archipelago Commission who will in turn telegram UAC Tribunal who will in turn begin investigating the case.
ALL problematic nations and regions will be IMMEDIATELY removed from UAC premises. The same applies to any nations attempting to move from fascist regions (e.g. Fifth Empire). We do NOT tolerate fascism under ANY circumstances.
