The Lacian Government

The Lacian Government has an Executive and Legislative branch, like most Republics. Here are all the government positions, and how they work.

Prime Censor - The Executor and highest ranking officer in the region. Focused on External Affairs, and may eject/ban nations. The Prime Censor is elected by the citizens bi-monthly.

Council of Ministers - A group of Ministers and Advisors appointed by the Prime Censor to advise him or her on various subjects wherever needed.

Censor - Appointed by the Prime Censor as the highest-ranking Legislator. While anyone can write legislation, only the Censor can propose it. The Censor's primary focus is managing Civil Affairs, and proposing laws to the Chamber of Deputies, so that the Chamber may vote on them. The Prime Censor may decide to allow his Censor to Eject/Ban nations.

Chamber of Deputies - A collective of Deputies of the Chamber elected by Citizens. They vote on legislation. Deputies of the Chamber are elected bi-monthly if there are sufficient resident to have at least 3 Deputies. Right now, the resident requirement (excluding puppets) is 6. The Chamber of Deputies increases in size depending on the number of residents.
