PREAMBLE
We, the great citizens of Frontiera, in order to form a more perfect region, provide for the common defense, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity, proclaim and establish this constitution which has supreme authority Frontiera.

ARTICLE I: DUTIES AND RIGHTS OF THE RESIDENT
Section A: Duties of the resident:
1. The resident shall be friendly and compassionate.
2. The resident must follow the orders of the authority.
3. the resident shall render regional service when called upon to do so.

Section B: Rights of the resident:
1. Every non-puppet resident has the right to vote.
2. Every resident has the right to appeal to the judiciary.
3. Every resident has the right to free speech.
4. Every resident has the right to freedom of religion and freedom of thought.

ARTICLE II: DUTIES AND POWERS OF THE GOVERNOR
Section A: Duties of the governor:
1. The governor shall fulfill his duty at all times.
2. The governor must be active during his time of reign.

Section B: Powers of the president:
1. The governor must not eject/ban any resident without reason.
2. The governor may be able to dismiss any Regional Officer except for the Regent for any reason he sees fit
3. The president cannot be above the law.
4. The president cannot dissolve the Legislative or The Executive Branch, but can dissolve The Judiciary.

Section C: Determiner
1. The governor shall be appointed by the previous governor or elected after a 3 month period.
2. The governor must give up power shall 3/4 of the residents disapprove of his reign.
3. Elections for the governor shall happen every 3 months.

ARTICLE III: DUTIES AND POWERS OF THE REGENT
Section A: Determiner
1. A new regent may be appointed by each governor
2. The regent may be dismissed by the residents upon a 3/4 majority disapproval

Section B: Powers of the Regent
1. The Regent's main purpose shall be, and only to be, to supervise Frontiera over times of calm to times of distress.
2. The Regent shall have every power of the Regional officers but shall be refrained from misue, which shall be determined by the populace.
3. The Regent shall use his powers in times of invasion to protect Frontiera.
4. The Regent shall serve as an overseer of the constitution and oversee that all provisions are fulfilled.

ARTICLE IV: DUTIES AND POWERS OF THE REGIONAL OFFICER
Section A: Duties of The Regional Officer:
1. The Regional Officer must fulfill all their duties timely.
2. The Regional Officer must acted unbiased at all times.

Section B: Powers of The Regional Officer:
1. The Regional Officer must not abuse their authority
2. The Regional Officer cannot dissolve any existing body.
3. Officers with appearance authority must ask the President before using it.

ARTICLE V: THE LEGISLATURE
Section A: Composition of The Legislature:
1. The Legislature shall be headed by the Governor.
2. The Legislature shall consist of the Governor, Regent and Regional Officers.

Section B: Powers of The Legislature:
1. The Legislature can make laws but not enforce/provide justice regarding them.
2. The Legislature is a permanent body and cannot be dissolved.

Section C: Provisions of The Legislature:
1. A Legislature disapproved by 4:1 residents must be dismissed a new election shall be triggered.
2. In the case mentioned above, all Legislative Power until the next election shall be handled by the Governor.
3. Regional Officers can propose a law to the Legislature.
4. A proposal to become law first has to be approved by all members of the Legislature and then by the populace.

ARTICLE VI: THE EXECUTIVE BRANCH
Section A: Composition of the Executive Branch:
1. The Executive Branch will be headed by the Governor.
2. The Branch shall consist of the Governor and the Regent.

Section B: Powers of The Executive Branch:
1. The Executive Branch can take no part in formation of laws.
2. The Executive Branch can only enforce the laws.
3. The Executive Branch shall freely use the power of ejections and bans, though they shall be conducted in a non-authoritarian manner that acts within the constitution and laws.
4. It is a permanent body and cannot be dissolved.

Section C: Provisions of The Executive Branch:
1. The Executive Branch cannot be dismissed by the populace in a vote of no-confidence.

ARTICLE VII: THE JUDICIARY
Section A: The Composition of The Judiciary:
1. The Judiciary shall be headed by the Chief Judge.
2. The Judiciary may have members appointed and removed as seen fit by the govenor.

ARTICLE VIII: SUPREMACY OF THE CONSTITUTION
Section A: Authority
1. The Constitution shall be determined as the supreme authority over all of Frontiera
2. No law shall take place that violates the Constitution.

Section B: Enforcement
1. The Constitution shall be enforced within the bounds of Danburg, for now, later and forever.
2. The Executive Branch shall be the sole enforcer of the Constitution.
3. Anyone or thing found to be in violation of the constitution shall be taken to court before the Judiciary.

ARTICLE IX: AMENDMENT OF THE CONSTITUTION
Section A: Amendment
1. The Constitution shall be amended with the approval of a referendum resulting in a supermajority (over 2/3)
2. Constitutional amendments shall serve to update the constitution to see fit for the current time and age.
3. Constitutional amendment proposals shall come from any government member.
4. Court rulings shall adhere to the constitution.

FINAL PROVISIONS
We the people of Frontiera shall use these provisions stated above to expand the prosperity of our region evermore. We now shall call these provisions into action with the sole root of law and order over all of Frontiera.
