Sun Tzu Lore (DO NOT READ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

Intro:
Most countries are neighbors, and the region has been on the brink of civil war since its founding on July 46th, 1972. The region was created after Vicar Orban declared war on Antony Blinken, but because of complex alliances it was going to erupt into WWIII. However, Antony Blinken with his advanced skills managed to open negotiations. Tony Blinkblink's childhood friend King Ludwig of Korrindor jumped in and helped negotiate a fragile peace between all of these countries. Then, an unlikely alliance was born - Sun Tzu the Art of War. The name was created to honor warfare that brought the alliance together. This unlikely union of countries has survived nuclear annihilation, a coup, martial law, and the Trump presidency.

What does it mean to be a Sun Tzuer?:
To be a Sun Tzuer is to be a part of something bigger than yourself. To be part of Sun Tzu is to be safe from war, conflict and much more.

Geography:
Sun Tzu the Art of War spans multiple continents, and consists of currently 36 nations, most very small and geopolitically insignificant. The largest country is Korrindor which has over a billion people. The smallest country is Gurbanguly berdimuhamedov.

Geopolitical situation:
Sun Tzu is split into factions based on political ideology, and this has been exacerbated with the recent elections that are set to start in FY 2087. One common trait that Sun Tzuers have is the desire to split into political cliques and fight with other countries over the RMB and the Sun Tzu News Outlet (STNO). The geopolitical situation usually varies from “on the verge of a global conflict” to “extreme isolationism”.

Governance:
At the moment, Sun Tzu is a governorless region with no WA delegate and several unelected officials left over from before it opened its border (to only one new nation, the mysterious Republic of Chet Holmgren). Those offices are Archduke, filled by Korrindor, Secretary of State, filled by Antony Blinken, and Defense Advisor, filled by Tonokov. The officers don’t really do much besides manage collective foreign policy and occasionally moderate the discourse between resident nations.

History:
Sun Tzu’s history has always been tumultuous, at one point, DA Tonokov declared martial law for no particular reason with the collaboration of several other nations including North Sermania. Martial law was eventually lifted with no real consequences for the conspirators, and in fact they continue to occasionally threaten it. Sun Tzu participated in the nuclear war which spread across nationstates this year, and did fairly well. At one point, Sun Tzu was invaded by someone impersonating Sun Tzu himself, going by the name of “Sunxi Onyx,” the Sun Tzuers were tricked and Sunxi Onyx became WA delegate and got into some shenanigans with their power, prominent Sun Tzuers were suspicious, but didn’t know what to do. This was until another nation, known as William, freed us and then left. There used to be a lot more random nations in Sun Tzu, but many of them have since died, including Sun Tzu himself. Reports of Sun Tzu’s death made the rest of the region depressed, leading to a period of inactivity which has since been concluded.
