2025 Europian Government

The Europian Government in 2025 is liberal leaning, with the left leaning parties of Liones and Socialiste cooperating with the libertarian Quiberia to extend their control of the Low Senate (possessed since 2022) and the Noble Senate (possessed since 2020) until 2026 and 2028 respectively. Additionally, Liones, the most powerful liberal party, has control the Sovereign's Palace since 2014. However, Hélène d'Oivre is not eligible for a second term per the Constitution, and Liones is polling behind the Falcones for the 2026 Sovereign election. The Arch-Court is still overwhelmingly made of centrist Centrios that constrain the 2 Liones and 1 Falcones members.
The ruling coalition in the Low Senate is small, and the once fringe far-right Natiolè party has been gaining ground. Still, it has been shunned so far and kept out of ruling coalitions since its formation in 2002.
As of now, Arch-Senator Valores-Esquez is meeting with chief Low Senator of the Centrio party, Meldvev Svintre, to see if he will be willing to join their coalition. If this occurs, the right-leaning currently holding nearing 48% of seats in the Low Senate will be greatly diminished. We'll keep you updated.

EDIT: The Centrio Party leader has agreed to join the center-left coalition in the Low Senate in exchange for a High Senate Seat. The Center-Left Coalition now has a supermajority in the Senate. Until 2027 when a new Senate may take power, the Falcones are effectively powerless. In the Noble Senate, the Centrio's agreeing to join the Liberal coalition leaves the liberals with a supermajority there, also. The Natiolè party has cost Falcones, and its leaders in both chambers, Noble Senator Gordonus Valii, and Antón Guetens, have both resigned.
