Information about BRICS

Dispatches, like Regional Constitution, Laws, Rules etcetera, will be written by the elected Regional Government.

Since the region is new, The founder will only appoint new members as the RG(Regional Government), since there is none currently, but after that, every RG will be elected.

My starting rules:

- Political factions are allowed

- Free speech is allowed, within NationStates rules

- RGO(Regional Government Officials) must join World Assembly

- Government officials will serve 3 months, or one season(it will semi-coincide with spring, summer, etc). We will call it by the name of the season, to simplify it.

Example:
Spring Government = March, April, May
Summer Government = June, July, August
Autumn Government = September, October, November
Winter Government = December, January, February
