The Regional Message Board, known as RMB for short, is our public forum from which players and nations can post messages, hold conversations, debates, all sorts! It is free for any member of the region, or members of embassy regions to post on, so long as they stay within the rules. With The Plains being in an early and formative state, moderation will be slightly more heavy-handed to start, so that we may establish a fulfilling and behaved community spirit.

1. Follow NationStates rules!
The NationStates site rules are paramount to our conduct. Non-Compliance will incur NS Moderation presence.

2. Calls to overthrow the government are not permitted.
Calls to overthrow or destabilize the government of Primarch Rhaza are not permitted. Stability is critical, and we encourage all residents to have their voice be heard regarding government affairs on our Discord Server.

3. No hateful content is permitted on the Regional Message Board.
Hateful content is not permitted on this RMB. This includes, but is not explicitly limited to, homophobia, transphobia, racism, sexism, or promotion of hateful ideologies (such as the far right).

4. Keep everything safe-for-work.
If you couldn't say it or access it on a work or school computer, then you probably shouldn't say it.

5. Do not quote suppressed messages.
Messages that are suppressed have been suppressed for a reason. Do not engage with them, or gratify them with any further attention.

6. No spamming.
Posting random characters or emojis is against the rules, so is triple posting. This rule is in place to keep the RMB from being clogged up. Do not post in all caps, either.

7. Listen to the Royal Peacekeepers!
The Royal Peacekeepers (also known as RMB Moderators) are people who keep the RMB civil and safe, they have the final say, you must listen to them. You should also listen to other regional officers.

8. No Advertising | No Recruiting.
Advertising your region is strictly prohibited and could result in NationStates Moderation Action. Advertising your dispatch as a resident is fine as long as it doesn't recruit for another region.

9. Don't Bring up past drama
Whatever happened in your old region stays in your old region, do not bring your drama on the RMB. Don't also bring past drama of any nation onto the RMB. It's fine to be confused or ask questions about your ejection, but don't bring that dispute here!

10. No roleplay on the RMB.
Don't Roleplay on the RMB, we have a separate regional RMB for that (Lightbound).

11. You Must provide an English Translation.
You must provide an English translation if you're posting in another language. The region's main language is English.

Oh wow, so who should I listen to?
Well, any Regional Officer! They are the ones who enforce the rules on the RMB and you should always listen to them!
