How the nation runs

Each issue is voted on, but not by people, only the leaders of each state. These states are alphabetical-order, I like death, the Jay Republic, Armenti, Glycerias, gayland1 & New Communist Russia of Germany. The states can decide how they vote on the leader, or just a dynasty, or a dictatorship. The nation is a federal state. There is no official leader, just the hegemon which is the most powerful state, in this case being Glycerias.
