Experience is gained as individuals progress through ranks, each requiring a set amount of experience (XP) and skills. Once a quota is met, a promotion is granted, allowing individuals to choose their path—eg training to be a commander or remaining in their current role. XP can be earned through completing tasks or courses, and the amount gained depends on the quality of the work done.

CAF Fighter-Robots are managed by the CAF Digital Forces. Each robot is assigned to their own robot company. Humans and robots are separated, and the robots cannot be a rank beyond Recruit. They are made in mass-making machines managed by the CAF Equipment Force. The goal of introducing such robots is to reduce human losses. No human will be laid off due to a robot. The CAF currently has 10 000 of such robots, and will not produce any more unless a need arises.
