The following addition shall be made to the charter of Ridgefield:

Amending Section 3 to include:

h. The Council shall discuss any subject of interest if presented in writing and signed by at least five (5) residents. Such discussions shall be included in the agenda for the next council meeting. The Speaker of the Council shall report back to the author of the subject with an update on the discussion within ten (10) days of its submission.
